Established in downtown Ann Arbor in 1986, Orchid Lane is family owned clothing, jewelry, and home décor store. For over 20 years, Orchid Lane has been a leader in helping to establishing fair trade co-operatives around the world, which we continue to import from today. 

Orchid Lane sells a broad range of clothing styles, for women of all ages. 
In addition to designing and producing our own clothing label, Orchid Lane also carries high fashion brand names, such as Kenzie, Betsey Johnson, Habitat, Tulle, and Last Tango. All of the sterling silver jewelry at Orchid Lane is hand crafted from natural gemstones.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Full/Part Time employee 

The Orchid Lane training program is a 30 day comprehensive plan focused on immersing the trainee in all aspects of running the store. Trainees will start with learning store policies/philosophy, working with customers, stocking, pricing, merchandising, basic management principals, product knowledge, and visual displays. Trainees will have performance assessments.
